Goal: Customer Service Enhancement
The goal of Biossance Beauty Advisors is to introduce a new service aimed at providing a more personal experience for our customers. Our expert advisors, passionate about clean beauty, aim to guide customers on their wellness journey with tailored recommendations and personalized routines. Through genuine interactions, we strive to empower customers to feel recognized and confident in themselves.

Strategy:
To elevate customer experience through expertise and authenticity, triggered emails will introduce our new service, followed by a friendly follow-up email encouraging its use. Moreover, our website chat, staffed by Beauty Advisors during working hours, offers immediate assistance. To deepen engagement, a welcoming landing page spotlighting our Beauty Advisors’ expertise and favorite Biossance products.
Execution:
Incorporating headshots into the landing page gives a personal touch and allows clients to put a face to the voice or chat, providing an added friendly overall experience. Since each advisor will submit their own photo, the images won't be uniform, so a strong graphic layout will help unify them. Also, I wanted to represent each advisor's favorite product with a simple icon to keep the page visually appealing without making it too busy. Once I had the landing page mapped out and designed, I incorporated the elements into the announcement emails
